Application :-

For cotton Denim shirts :

• Equipment : Drum type washer
• Temperature: 50 to 60 c.
• Dosage: 1.0% to 1.25%
• Time : 30 to 45 minutes.
• PH: 4.5 TO 5.5
• Liquor ratio: 10:1

 

For cotton Denim Trousers :

• Equipment: Drum type washer
• Temperature: 50 to 60 c.
• Dosage: 1.0% to 1.25%.
• Time: 30 to 45 minutes.
• PH: 4.5 to 5.5
• Liquor ratio: 10: 1

 

The dosage will vary according to:

• Type of cellulosic content.

• Construction and composition of fabrics.

• Degree of biofinishing effect.

• Treatment time, process parameters and auxiliaries.

• Type of equipment.

Inactivation of enzyme: 

Bectapolish XLI can be inactivated by one of the following ways.

1. Hold the bath at PH >9.0 ,temp.>60 c. for 15 minutes.

2. Treat garments with chlorine bleach.

Storage:

Like all enzyme products, Bectapolish slowly loses activity over a time.
