Our product is a water soluble, clear solution which acts as a fast acting biocide. It is a specially designed blend which consists of two components having different biocidal mode of action respectively. Both the components has broad spectrum of antimicrobial activity against bacteria and some viruses, fungi, protozoa and more effective against anaerobic bacteria which are prevallent in oilfield installations.

It is an amine based non-oxidizing quaternary ammonium biocide and is efficacious against practically all organisms encountered in oilfield operations. The product also performs against sulfate reducing bacteria which produces hydrogen sulfide responsible for souring, biofouling and corrosion like effects.

The mode of action of biocide is by cross linking outer protiens of cells very readily in an irreversible manner thereby preventing cell permeability. Thus, it disrupts essential cellular functions and leads to cell death and is not inactivated by sulphides; it works over wide pH and even efficacious through a broad temperature range.

Product Details:
